PLASTIC COLOURANTS
POLYVINYLCHLORIDE (PVC) COMPOUNDS
Food Grade
- PVC Granulates
These are PVC Tape formulated from ingredients sanctioned by the Philippine Bureau of Food and Drugs for articles intended for crown liners for aqueous and alcoholic beverages. Also used as sealing gaskets in producing ROPP caps for softdrinks. Our PVC granulates conform to the Untied States FDA regulations for intended use, which are published in the Federal Register. Available colors among others include white, blue, and gray.
- Refrigerator Gasket Compounds
Soft polyvinyl chloride used for refrigerator gasket applications. It is also ideal to use for soft application compound.

- Plastisol
Used for lining crowns by the spun-in-place method or the in-place moulding method on the SACMI crown lining machine and the CRO machine for sealing bottles of carbonated, non-carbonated, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which are either not pasteurized or are pasteurized in the sealed bottle below 66ºC.

Technical Grade
- Blow Moulding Compound
A PVC bottle compound with good transparency, better processing temperature, higher productivity - with good chemical and oil-resistant properties, which can be used for food or non-food containers. It is being produced in three grades of PVC bottle compounds:
- BMC-130 MI for medium impact
- BMC-130 HI for high impact
- PVC Masterbatch
A good dispersion PVC masterbatch for flexible wire and cable application. It is a lead base colourant, which is stable at high temperature. It is being produced in various types of PVC masterbatches. Also available are PVC-based masterbatch light and UV absorbers that provide protection against degradation of polymer against light induced degradation and deteriorating effect, plus discoloration on light or heat aging.
- Shoe Sole Compound
Also known as KP-141, it is a highly flexible PVC shoe sole compound used for soft casual shoe moulding and an injection soft spot shoe sole at 45 shore "A" hardness and with good tensile strength and elongation.
- Spring Sleeves Compound
A soft PVC Compound developed for washing machine, refrigerator strip-end and other similar applications. It is also ideas to use for a wide range of flexible application whether injection or extrusion type. It is being produced in two types of soft PVC compounds :
- Wire and Cable Compounds
Used for primary wire and cable insulation having a very good aging property, with good typical properties in continuous operation, meeting U-L-62 standards. Available in stock are:

- CED-75-75C
- CEC-90-90C
- CEC-105-105C

DRY COLOURANTS
Also known as pigments. These are plastic colourants in powdered form, designed and formulated to give optimum dispersion and are best suited for injection moulding, bottle blowing, and extrusion. They are also suited for monofilaments and can be used for as low as .55 concentration. The maximum is 2.5% that contain inorganic pigments.

MASTERBATCH
Manufactured locally, masterbatch is essentially a colour concentrate consisting of a thermo-plastic resin with a high load of pigments and/or other special additives. The resin used gives optimum wetting and dispersion of the pigment as well as to ensure complete compatibility with the resin to be coloured.
Majority of our masterbatches are specially colour matched and formulated after our customer's needs.
