	POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC) COMPOUNDS Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a synthetic product formed through the process of polymerization of vinyl chloride. The gas formed by reacting ethylene and acetylene with hydrochloric acid, was also used as a propellant in aerosols in past years. However, in 1974, this practice was banned when it was found to be a carcinogen. This led to strict regulations and restrictions on the use of PVC on its numerous applications. Nevertheless, with regulated concentrations of vinyl chloride in the environment, and strict compliance to regulations, polyvinyl chloride has remained in the market. Evidently, the continued presence of polyvinyl chloride exhibits its compliance according to regulations thereby allowing its continued presence in the market.
	FOOD GRADE PVC COMPOUNDS This is type of PVC compound is fashioned for food contact applications. These compounds are formulated to conform to sanctions and restrictions imposed by the Bureau of Food and Drug. Food grade PVC compounds are not intended for human consumption, but rather are designed to be safe to have direct contact with food and substances intended for human consumption. PVC Granulates PVC Granulates are PVC tape compounds formulated from ingredients sanctioned by the Philippine Bureau of Food and Drug for use on crown liners designed for aqueous and alcoholic beverages. This product is also used as sealing gaskets in producing ROPP caps for softdrink and carbonated beverages. This product conforms to regulations imposed by the U.S. FDA as per above-mentioned application. PVC Granulates are available in various colors including white, blue and gray.
	Refrigerator Gasket Compounds Soft polyvinyl chloride compounds used in the manufacture of refrigerator gaskets. They are designed to prevent the escape of cold air inside the refrigerator to maintain desired temperature settings to prolong the shelf life of perishable food items.
	TECHNICAL GRADE PVC COMPOUNDS Technical Grade PVC Compounds are formulated using standard raw materials normally not sanctioned by the Bureau of Food and Drugs. However, this does not mean they are inferior grade in comparison to the Food Grade PVC compounds. This product grade conforms to exacting specifications required by our customers to adhere to specific tolerances and parameters demonstrating the level of quality of our products. Considering the quality required of this product grade, unnecessary properties were excluded to maintain a cost-effective level acceptable to our customers. Blow Moulding Compounds BMC is designed for use in both food and non-food containers. It exhibits good transparency, better processing temperature, and higher productivity with excellent oil and chemical resistance. Our Blow Moulding Compound is available in three grades: BMC-130GP for General Purpose BMC-130MI for Medium Impact BMC130HI for High Impact. Spring Sleeve Compounds Soft PVC compounds developed for washing machine, refrigerator strip-end and other similar applications. This product is also ideal for use on a wide range of flexible application undergoing either the extrusion process or injection process. Our Spring Sleeve compounds are available in two grades: RSC-5154 SSC-4484
	PVC Masterbatch Specially formulated colorant for flexible wires and cables with excellent dispersion properties. This product is a lead base colourant that contributes to the product's color stability even at high temperatures. We also have a type of PVC Masterbatch that contains Light and UV absorbers, which provide added protection against light-induced degradation, deterioration and discoloration on light or heat aging. Our recommended dosage for our PVC Masterbatch is 2% dosing. Shoe Sole Compounds A highly flexible PVC compound used for soft casual shoe soles requiring either shoe sole molding processes or injection soft spot process with a Shore "A" Hardness. This product has a good tensile strength and elongation, which contributes to the durability of its end product. Our shoe sole compound is available under Product Code KP-141. Wire and Cable Compounds Used as insulation for wire and cables due to the compound's excellent aging properties. This product exhibits good typical properties even during continuous operation, meeting UL-62 Standards.
